Facilitated through the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, in partnership with senior women in business and the Association of Scottish Businesswomen, our goal is to enable everyone to reach their potential and to grasp business opportunities here in Scotland and internationally.

We understand the importance of developing promising ideas, nurturing ambition and sharing our collective business knowledge and connections.

How do I join the programme?

For business owners:

If you are a business owner with ambitions for growth and want to take advantage of the mentorship support on offer through the programme sign up using the form on the home page.

For senior public sector or corporate managers:

If you are working in the corporate or public sector at senior management or board level, we can support the next stage of your growth sign up using the form on the home page.

For mentors:

If you have experience in the private sector and would like to support the growth of women in business, we would like you to come on board.
